JCC Boot Camp for Novice Cooks

Tired of take out? Need to get back to basics and spend less money dining out, but don’t even know if your oven works? This JCC series is a new and improved version of Tech 1, taught by Chef Lauren! You’ll explore all the fundamental methods of cooking, starting with essential kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques. Each class - 5 Wednesdays from 6:30-9:30 p.m. - builds on the previous one.
