Lauren, I just love your website! This particular article was especially poignant because I recently quit my 10+ year job to pursue my dream of all things food and go to culinary school. It is quite possibly the best decision (career & life) I have ever made. I wake up everyday with a smile on my face, eagerly awaiting what I'm going learn next. I've even started my own blog about my culinary school experiences for my friends and family. I agree though, this kind of significant career to change should not be made lightly - its not for everyone; this book is a great resource. Thanks again for being an inspiration!
